It's just a place that has a lot of people and is cheap to go to. It seems like a good place to go for skin care without pressure. It seems like the kind of place where you can just get Botox. It's easy to get to, so it's worth going. Expensive procedures would make me hesitate a bit. I recommend the cheaper procedures.
