The reason I chose this hospital was the relatively low price plus the many reviews saying they remove a lot of volume. Before surgery, my upper arm circumference was 27 to 28 cm, so I was on the slim side, but because of my bust I had a lot of upper-arm fat. The surgical areas were the arms all around 360 degrees + front and back bulging + armpits + accessory breasts (I think they said if you chose only the 360-degree arms, the rest would all be included as a service). I originally had no muscle in my upper arms and the tissue was very soft and squishy, but if it is like this then liposuction
