I didn't consult directly with the director. However, the director's staff explained things very well and in detail. I've only had Botox done at two places, but the explanations differed, so I was a bit puzzled about which one was correct. In the end, I got the cheapest domestic one. They didn't push the expensive one or recommend other areas either, and in fact, what I said I wanted more of, they said probably didn't need to be done, and they only did the necessary parts.
