I got Aqua shots and cheek-reduction shots in my double chin and cheeks, and the jawline where my double chin folds became neat, and the fat that came up on my cheeks when smiling got cleaned up, so I look less puffy. Plafil was something I just paid for after being persuaded by the recommendation, but it is good for keeping things in order and helps makeup apply well, so I plan to keep getting it next time too..
