This was my first trapezius Botox, and they injected it really painlessly. Since the trapezius is a large muscle, I was worried it would hurt a lot. In my case, my trapezius was very developed and I also had pain, so I worried a lot about how Botox would turn out, but it was effective for the pain, which was nice.
