First impression was that the hospital looked so grand, and it was right in the middle of Gangnam-daero, which felt kind of amazing. Also, the manager started the consultation exactly at the reserved time, which was nice. The consultation lasted close to an hour, I think, but they kept saying it was okay to ask anything comfortably and answered everything properly one by one, which I liked. If I had to point out one disappointing thing, maybe because I did not choose a specific director, the director who would handle my surgery that day...
