Functional nose 1.10 to 1.20, cosmetic 3.00, partial disclosure discount of 300,000 won. When I said I preferred no implant, they adjusted the consultation to match. They would use the septum and ear cartilage, and only raise the tip. The bridge was discouraged because function could worsen. Only raising the tip seemed enough, and a bulbous nose probably was not necessary either. For crooked nose correction, they use a method that cuts into the lower septum to straighten the crookedness. Osteotomy was discouraged; they said it was not that severe. If opening it up and straightening it is not enough, they might add more septum. The director was extremely kind and professional
