I had double chin liposuction. The double chin definitely reduced a lot, but instead I ended up with severe adhesions. It looks like a lot of fat was removed. Honestly, if I could go back, I wouldn't do it... It might be fine for people who like a pointed look and a more emphasized jawline, but my taste changed and I'm really stressed about it. Right now I'm going around trying adhesion treatment.
