The difference here was that, unlike other places, they were the only one that suggested replacing only the silicone in the nasal bridge while keeping the existing septum for the tip, and then reshaping the tip by placing only ear cartilage on it. However, when I had a CT scan at another place, the thing placed in the tip, whether it was the septum or something else, was bent and inserted crookedly.. I was a bit suspicious that they might not have caught that.... Still, from a surgical standpoint, it seemed like they knew the most about what should be done, but I do not think there would be a big change from the current look... so... pass..
