The director explained the consultation kindly, but the place gave a very strong impression of being an old facility. The manager in charge of consultations also seemed very tired. Unlike other managers, there was no sign that they were trying to explain things carefully. In a way, that could also be a plus... If you prefer a style where they just say exactly what is needed and move things forward quickly? Among the places I visited, this was the only one that said the filler did not need to be dissolved and could just be laid in place.
