After first having a thorough consultation with the manager, I had a consultation with the doctor in charge of eyes, then got a CT scan, and after that I had the nose consultation. Overall, the consultation process was handled in a very systematic way, which I liked, and it did not feel at all like one of those factory-style hospitals people often talk about. During the consultation, they listened carefully to my concerns and what I wanted, and they explained the surgical method and the expected results in detail, so I felt confident.
