The director is kind, but mostly talks one-sidedly about their own thoughts. There is no room to ask questions. I did not even get a chance to ask what I was curious about. It did not feel like a professional consultation. Most importantly, they were skeptical about the surgery I wanted, so I excluded this place. Another hospital said it was possible.
