When I said that raising the tip of my nose could make my already small nostrils even narrower, he said he would not especially recommend surgery? and that it could break the harmony, which I appreciated! He looked at the CT, clearly understood that the nose was crooked, and corrected it.. Honestly I should have done it here...... Since I had septoplasty before, I could not use the septum, so he said he would use rib cartilage from both sides. So
