Around 2010, when I had the surgery, I had a smooth type and paid 2.5 million. At first, the swelling, shape, and feel were all satisfying, but soon the lower fold collapsed and the under line became two lines T_T Even after a stitching-style procedure, it would not hold, so I switched to texture. It still would not hold, and in fact the implant became lumpy and wrinkled on the inner chest, near the cleavage. In the end I had a reoperation at another place. Looking back, it turns out there were many people at that time whose lower fold had not been done well.
