I visited because it looked bigger and better than other clinics, and it really did have an escalator, a large waiting area, and plenty of seats, which was nice. However, the front desk also felt somewhat unorganized, and it was a little surprising that in that huge waiting room, the consultants would call names one by one and take people off to consultations. Anyway, I was not planning to discuss other procedures, only to get Botox in the area I wanted and leave, so I did not think much of it, but then they kept trying to sell membership cards and such
