I went because it was a clinic recommended by my dentist, and they said my face was not at the point where I would need double-jaw surgery. They were really honest about what I did not need, saying I truly did not need it. I did not feel any commercial pressure from the doctor at all. Maybe because the consultant was staff, there was a slight, sort of vague feeling... There was a sense of, if you want it, then you should do it, but the doctor was not pushy at all and basically said to just live with my natural face, or think more about shaving the jaw or the nose
