They looked at me very concisely. Even without me saying much about my eye concerns, they checked the line and made recommendations. They explained, with photos as well, that double eyelid surgery plus upper canthoplasty would be good. They did not start with a very detailed explanation, but they did ask questions first, and overall it was a comfortable, relaxed consultation.
