My under-eye fat was severe and made me look dark, which was bothering me, but I think they listened well to my concerns. I was worried whether just treating the under-eye area would be enough, but they also gave me a clear direction for the surgery, which was good. There was a bit of waiting, but I went in expecting that there could be waits anywhere, so it was fine. The facility looked good, and the staff took good care of me, so that was nice. It was a consultation without any real disappointment
