Before <before surgery> I had lateral canthoplasty on December 7! I was told at another hospital that lateral canthoplasty was impossible because my eyes were close to the orbital bone, so I went to one last clinic, and they said it was possible, so I had it done there haha. From the first day through the next day, I was really so swollen that I couldn't open my eyes at all, and it really hurt so much… But exactly after two days, it started getting better. I think the swelling around the eyes goes down noticeably after all the stitches are removed. Now the major swelling is all gone, but the swelling under my eyes? still hasn't gone down, so when I smile, my aegyo-sal doesn't show I'm still really bothered by the redness at the outer corners of my eyes, but I still don't regret it. I hope the scars heal quickly and the conjunctival exposure fills in with tissue.
