I booked an appointment because the revision nose surgery reviews looked good. I had my consultation early in the morning, so there was basically no waiting. The director and the manager both smiled and gave me a very good consultation. In particular, the director seemed good at empathizing, and was also good at pinpointing and explaining the problems, which I liked.
