I had both eye and nose surgery here, and both had revision surgery My nose came out with a columella that looked sliced open, so I wasn't happy with it and went straight into revision surgery... What I realize now is that nose surgery is not something you can decide lightly just because you want to "look prettier." In particular, places that recommend an overly aggressive design even for a first surgery, or that don't properly explain the risks, are really dangerous, and I just didn't know that back then. I believed only the sweet words they said during the consultation
