I had surgery 6 years ago, and because it seemed like the columella was cut too much, I had revision surgery I don't know how it is now. My acquaintances seem satisfied. I guess my nose was just the kind of nose that wouldn't show the columella well no matter where I went and had it done?! I also had eye correction done here, and I like my eyes.
