[Signal Plastic Surgery] I recommend double-fold creation and eye-opening correction. There is not much extra skin available, so cutting away skin is not recommended, and since the current line is almost 1 cm, I think I should reduce it by 6 mm and set the line at about 3 mm. In this case it would not be an inner double eyelid, but there would still be a visible line, just not one that gives a sausage-like look. Eye-opening correction alone will not remove the heavy look.
