Because the outer corners of my eyes slant downward, they said outer canthoplasty was not recommended, and that they would extend the double eyelid line with inner-out buried and partial-incision methods. For the nose, they used silicone and ear cartilage to build the line, but even though I clearly said I wanted a straight or straight-leaning line, they made a soft curved nose shape, so I did not feel that our aesthetic sense matched.
