A friend recommended it after getting nose surgery here and doing well, so I went because of that, but the atmosphere felt like a hospital specialized in noses, so I was a little skeptical at first during the consultation. The manager was kind and explained everything I could possibly be curious about, which was nice. The director was less friendly and more blunt, but still looked after me well. I said I didn't want anything too much or obvious, and they made it look natural. It was my first cosmetic procedure, so maybe that's why, but overall I was very satisfied!
