About a year ago I had revision nose surgery, and I was satisfied up until about 6 months, but as expected, dermis has its limits. I had a short nose, no columella, and a pinched nose, and at first it seemed improved except for the columella, but as the graft was absorbed it started to lift again and one side of the pinched nose got worse. There is no support structure, so even if it drops, it cannot hold itself up.... If your nose is already pretty and you only want to refine the height a little, then I recommend it. I am now looking into revision surgery with costal cartilage and getting a headache..;
