I had functional nose surgery and rhinitis nose surgery together, but my nose ended up a little crooked..... It is not crooked enough to need revision surgery, but it is noticeable enough to bother me when I look in the mirror or see photos. My bridge was already high, so they did not touch it, and they only tied up the tip cartilage and raised the tip with septal cartilage.
