They did it naturally and well, but during the consultation they didn't say it was a hump nose and only told me I had a bulbous nose, so I thought that was the case, but it turned out to be a hump nose. They left the hump-bone in place and shaved the silicone to prop it up, so the nose was weak. I bumped it a little and the nasal bone bent. So later I had it revised somewhere else. Cocoline did make the nose line pretty, though.
