This was the place I had the highest expectations for after seeing the before-and-after photos. I arrived at the reserved consultation time, but ended up waiting almost 40 minutes longer... The director and the consultation manager were both very kind. At other places I was told I would need donor cartilage, but here they said that was not necessary, so I am still thinking about whether to do it here... The price was on the expensive side among the places I consulted. The amount that can be claimed through actual-expense insurance was a bit low.
