The consultation was not very helpful. It was basically just a do-it-no-matter-what kind of attitude. I was very happy with both the paranasal augmentation and the nasal tip right after surgery, but now that 4 months have passed, I regret that it has become too natural. The nasolabial folds did not disappear completely. The sinking on one side was originally more severe, and it is still the same even after surgery, so I would be willing to get a touch-up when I can afford it. The nasal tip was really high and pretty right after surgery too, but it seems to have come down a little? Still, the improvement in the witch-like nose when smiling is enough on its own, so that much is fine.
