My appointment was at 3:30, but because of the director's surgery schedule it got pushed to 4:30. So I went at 4:30, but the consultation only started around 5:10. First I had a short consultation with the director, then I waited a bit more and consulted with the consultation manager. Everyone was very kind, answered my questions well, and seemed to pay close attention to the details. They looked at my eyes and nose and said it would probably work if we did it this way. I said okay and came out. That was it.
