When I went for the consultation, they first explained things with a PowerPoint they had made themselves. They explained the kind of nose they pursue and think is beautiful. To make my nose fit that, they said revision surgery with ear cartilage would be needed. They even had me lie down and looked inside my nose, and since there was mucus, they cleaned the inside with something like a cotton swab for disinfection.. it was touching.
