In 2014 I had my first zygoma and square-jaw surgery at Jerim Plastic Surgery. Back then I paid 10 million won for the surgery, and because my square jaw was so developed, they shaved down the angular square jaw bone, but even though they operated on the enlarged prominent cheekbones, there was not a big difference before and after the surgery, which was the biggest problem.
