I had double eyelid surgery 4 years ago, and back when I was touring plastic surgery clinics, most places recommended epicanthoplasty and incision surgery, but this was the only place that carefully examined me and said epicanthoplasty and incision probably wouldn't be necessary. The inner corner of my eyes wasn't very blocked, and I already showed a lot of the red flesh? so they said that if the inner corner was opened more, it would show even more and look unnatural. They also said my skin is thin enough that the blood vessels are visible, and the eyelid flesh
