After the CT scan, I went into the consultation and could visually confirm the amount of fat, which was nice. It was also good that they gave a realistic explanation that because the salivary glands in my jaw are large, even if they are removed the jawline would not be brought in. So they recommended getting salivary gland Botox instead.
