First, there was a 10 percent VAT added to the estimate, and as I had heard, the price was much more expensive than other places.. I made a reservation by phone that day and went straight there. I could not consult with the director, only with the manager. She was very kind and amusing, but I could not see any professionalism at all, and it felt like someone selling things at a market.. The line they drew was natural and pretty, but I think they would say the same thing to anyone who came, not just me
