When I was younger, I had ptosis correction with buried sutures at an eye clinic that is now famous for having suddenly disappeared, and I had it done together while getting my nose done. The doctor was not especially kind, but they just honestly explained everything. Since the eye surgery was a revision, the price was a bit steep, and I do not really know how much the nose surgery would normally cost because it was my first one. It has been almost a year since the surgery now, and I am satisfied at 8 out of 10. There is absolutely no inconvenience in daily life, and I do not feel any foreign-body sensation.
