I had the IU cutback injection procedure. My calf muscles were overly developed, so although the price was high, I went ahead and got 3 sessions. The bumpy, unpretty shape improved to some extent, and especially the bulges that show when I stand on my tiptoes were reduced a lot. It's been about 7 months now. Compared with before, my calves have gotten much smaller, but they're growing again, so I am not sure whether the effect was worth the price.
