I had chin liposuction 8 years ago and it was effective back then. Maybe because they finished it with some kind of laser, it seemed to stick down tightly right after surgery, and the complex I had about my chin fat definitely improved. Even now, there is not much fat under my chin, so it seems to have been maintained pretty well. The downtime here for liposuction seems not too long, so I am thinking about doing arm liposuction here too. But the scar is left more than I expected, so even now if I touch under my chin it feels like a pimple
