First of all, the director was kind. But maybe because it is a factory-style clinic, or because they were pressed for time, the consultation was rushed. They only answered the questions I asked, and they generally do explain things well, but I wish I had brought more questions. The consultation order was consultation -> director consultation -> manager consultation, and it really felt like a factory. In both bad and good ways... there were a lot of people too.. They did say clearly what could not be done. If my ideal style had been a bit more toward semi-open, I probably would have gone here
