I was shopping around for double eyelid surgery and had already booked at another clinic, but I got a consultation here too. I did not know the doctor well, so I went without deciding in advance. But honestly, I ended up waiting more than an hour before I could consult, then I talked with the consultation manager and also with the director. I thought they would ask me to decide which director I wanted when I arrived, so I learned about the doctors and chose one that day, but they never asked who I wanted, and it just felt like they were trying to dump me on an unpopular director
