I went for a consultation because the scar and wrinkles from my philtrum reduction were severe. I had a philtrum reduction 11 years ago, and as I got older, an S-shaped wrinkle started to form. They said revision surgery was possible, but since my philtrum is already on the short side, it would become even shorter if I had surgery.
