I had consultations at two places and ended up having surgery somewhere else. When I mentioned the things I disliked about the before-and-after photos of this clinic, they responded somewhat defensively, saying those things would get better with time. They also explained the surgical method in a more abstract way than other hospitals. They recommended subfascial, but another hospital director explained to me for 30 minutes like a tutor why my breasts should not have subfascial surgery, and that made me feel 100 times better about not doing it here.
