The staff were kind and the clinic atmosphere was pleasant, not factory-like, which I liked. The surgeon's skills were good, so I had almost no bruising or swelling from the day of surgery onward (I think there was almost no pain for me either). They woke me up during the procedure to check the design together before continuing, so I think that made the satisfaction even higher.
