I am currently 29. I had my first double eyelid surgery here when I was 18. I do not remember whether the price was 59 or 69 at the time; it was one of the two. Back then, if the eyes became uneven or loosened within a year, they would do free aftercare without even charging the anesthesia fee, but I do not really remember. They were just kind, I think.
