The consultation with the director was pretty good. However, I was disappointed that they did not recommend materials or explain the material information in more detail. If someone did not know much about nose surgery, I think a disaster could happen where they would just not know anything and do whatever they were told... The reason I gave 1 star for staff kindness is... When I asked the consultation manager various questions, she sighed and then said, "You still do not know much about nose surgery..."
