This was one of the most memorable hospitals. Back then it felt very expensive, but these days nose revision surgery is so expensive that it actually looks kind of reasonable... The director gives an aloof, cold impression, but in reality was extremely meticulous. I prefer people who explain things clearly to patients, so for me, this was a case where it could improve from here, but it would be hard to change dramatically enough to satisfy me.
