I got a consultation for double-eyelid surgery and lower-eye fat repositioning, and they recommended doing a brow lift first before the double-eyelid surgery. They seemed to think that was because I was older and had a lot of wrinkles around the eyes and sagging. They said the eyes could be done or not done, and that if I wanted the fat repositioning, it was okay to do it. They measured carefully with a ruler and looked very thoroughly, and rather than feeling excessive or flashy, it felt conservative. It was not urgent, so I will look into a few more places and choose.
