The director has a feeling of being very confident and proud about surgery...? But to me it comes across as a bit too strong in a negative way..... If something goes wrong with the surgery, he seems like the type who would stubbornly insist it was not his fault at all (?) Also, he seems to prefer a result where the under-eye area is improved to the point of being completely clean. From what I saw, even after first-stage fat grafting, I felt the under-eye area was already filled in enough, but he kept insisting that it still needed a second round to look clean, so it did not fit well with me
