Overall clean. The staff, the manager, and the director were all kind. I forgot to write down what I wanted to ask before the consultation, so that was a pity.. They are the type who do not bring things up unless you ask. There was no pressure, and they carefully suggested what might lead to a better result. They even asked whether touch would be okay, and from start to finish they were careful. I was late, but the staff smiled at me, and I felt sorry .. and grateful. Anyway, I plan to do it here.
